Frans Mortelmans 1865-1936

An ideal gift to surprise someone with this beautiful new art book.

After a first monograph published in 2002, and a second art book 'Virtuoos Bloemenschilder' in 2009, many requests followed from all over the world to review as yet unknown paintings. Thus, almost 200 new paintings were discovered and assigned. Today, our inventory comprises around 900 works.

After several years of preparation, we present today a new, richly completed and revised monograph. A voluminous publication in four-colour print, more than 400 pages, trilingual 'Dutch-French-English', with a fully adapted and revised works catalogue, including some 800 significantly improved photographs of his works.

The design was done by a team of board members and esteemed professionals. We thank everyone for their contribution in graphic design, copywriting, translations, printing, publication and distribution.
